The Isomac Tea became my early morning friend last christmas. I had been looking for a good coffee-machine for a while, but couldn´t really afford the ones I had decided that I wanted.
Christmas was coming up, and when I found this «special offer» on Cortados website I just couldn´t help it. With the help from my good friend mr. Eurocard I got a hold of the Isomac Tea, with a separate grinder, some good coffee-beans and a tamper.
I spent some days figuring out the right graining, how hard I was to tamper the coffee and how to steam the milk in a proper way. Training is the key to success, and I am sure my wife will admit I´m getting there, or else I´l maybe stop serving her the cappuccino every morning ;)
